  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (7 days a week, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

United States Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3–7 business days after processing.
  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier performance.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $60
  • Orders under $60 are charged  a $4.00 flat-rate shipping fee, 

📍 Tracking Your Order

  • All orders include tracking information
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear

🌎 International Shipping

  • At this time, we primarily ship within the United States
  • For international shipping requests, please contact our support team before placing your order

Big Toe Socks is not responsible for delays once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

    • Contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation
  • We will assist in filing a claim where applicable

✏️ Incorrect Shipping Information

    Contact us within 60 days of your purchase to start your return. Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for sending the socks back.

    4. Choose Your Resolution
    Once we receive and inspect your return, you can receive either:

    • A full refund to your original payment method, or
    • Store credit for a future Big Toe Socks purchase.

    • Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
    • Store credit does not expire unless otherwise required by law.
